What is the return policy ?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange apart from exception. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In case of any problem, contact us at info@blackmanner.com in order to find the best solution for you.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

When will I receive my order ?

Black Manner ships worldwide.

Black Manner processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

Black Manner works with a partner responsible for printing and shipping our orders. We are in regular contact with them to get the latest information on what's going on. Our partner is still active and we continue to accept orders. Processing and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.

Your support is important to us, especially during this period. Stay safe and take care of yourself.

We have several storage points : Canada, USA and Europe.                                                                                               

It's important to notice that the delivery time will depend on where your order is processed.

 

What should I do if I never received my order ?

When your order is shipped, you will directly receive an email message with your tracking number. Thanks to the tracking link, you can track your order at all times.

What should I do if I received a defective order ?

How can I make changes to an order I've already placed ?

When you place an order, as long as it has not been shipped, you can modify it at any time, without any problem.

 

Where are you located ?

Black Manner is currently located in the city of Montreal in Canada. We currently only sell online, which allows us to serve our customers all over the world, without any constraints.

 

How can I be sure I'm ordering the right size ?

For each product, we offer a size guide. You can have access to it at all times, in order to choose the size that suits you.
